– Increasing concern with technology is trust & privacy

People want to trust technology. A conversation about this served as the seed for TransHuman Code, a book and idea platform created by David Fergusson and Carlos Moreira.

“What we all share is the desire that humanity, that people, stay at the center of gravity in their relationship with technology,” Fergusson told Matt Bird, Host of the Traders Network Show, at the 2019 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. “What we believe we can do best is start a dialogue that developers of technology, financiers of technology, and all users of technology could engage in.”

Engagement is why transHuman Code was made as a smart book, embedded with a chip that readers can scan with their phones.

“From that point forward, you’ll be given access to come into the community and interact with Carlos and me, but more importantly to interact with…all the contributors that have allowed us to start the dialogue,” Fergusson said. “And there is so much more to talk about.”
